Hey There!
I'm Lais Salvina
I grew up on a farm in the middle of Brazil within a town so small it has yet to make its way onto a map. My mom must have saved every penny her whole life to afford to bring my brother and me to America in 1995. My mother's courage and determination to give us a better life by migrating from a country where we had nothing to a bigger country where we not only had nothing but also knew nothing was pure bravery. Her hustle of
"If you want more do more and whatever you do never settle"
is ingrained in my mind as my forever lifestyle and a reminder to never stop rising.
My mother is not the only woman that has inspired me. I love hearing stories about women who have made significant changes in their life to improve their mental health, finances, parenting, and a way to balance all the craziness thrown at us daily.

I discovered that everyone I looked up to had something in common; it didn't matter if they all read the same books, learn the same skills, or did/didn't have higher education or money. They all figured out a system that best worked for their own personal life.

Salvina Lane is my journey, my systems, and my balance in finding my true happiness and how I make it all work for my lifestyle. Why write it? Well if given the chance to inspire ONE person out there, I'm going to take it.
I started SALVINA LANE to offer readers a glimpse of my experience in designing a lifestyle to balance: motherhood, career, self-love, time management, and most importantly, a healthy mind.

01
Mom life always comes first,
but let's face it - parenting is not easy!
Beyond the laughter and picture-perfect moments, there are constant challenges
as I find new ways to continue to raise
a strong, growth-minded little human.

03
"Self-Care + Self-Awareness = Self-Love"
I see this everywhere, and I love it!
Don't allow anyone to make you
feel guilty for investing in yourself
and loving yourself as you are.

02
My paramount career fulfillment:
Whom I work for
Impact I help create in a company
To be consistently in a challenge.
Working in HR has its challenges, but it constantly places me in a position where I make a difference in someone's life.

04
How do we find time to do it all?
I'm determined to constantly streamline my time, so I can focus on creating precious moments and learning new skills.

05
Salvina Lane gives my readers an overall journey
on how I gained a healthier mindset.
Overcoming depression, obesity (losing 70+ pounds),
and my pursuit of happiness.
